Refund policy

Pantera offers returns and exchanges under the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. 


Returns and exchanges can be initiated within a 30-day period starting from the date you received your item. For purchases made in December, returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. Please note that returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. All sales are final.


When returning items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs (except in the case of our error), and it is important to obtain tracking information as Pantera cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing returns. The returns portal will provide tracking details for your convenience.


Pantera guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days, provided that you follow our care instructions. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number before returning the item. Our production team will review the information.


If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at support@panterabrand.com within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.


Important conditions for return & exchanges


Please note that you can return and exchange a product on the fulfillment of certain conditions set forth in this policy. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:


All Pantera items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original garment bag. Damaged items showing signs of wear or not meeting Pantera's return policy will be declined. We don't offer returns on underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. 


Refunds


Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, or for your exchange to be sent out. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
