PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Please note that there is a processing time of up to 3 business days at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays (PST) will begin processing on the following Monday. The shipping times provided are calculated after the processing period and once the item has been shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, although returns are still accepted. Please be aware that Pantera is not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by the Postal Service. During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.
It's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered or in the case of an incorrectly entered address. Once the items are scanned as delivered to your address, it becomes the customer's responsibility to address any issues regarding missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card company.
If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 14 days, and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office so that we can file a claim on your behalf. Your cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
For domestic orders, unless an alternative option is chosen, we utilize USPS First Class Mail for shipping. Once the processing of your order is complete, the shipping time typically ranges from 3 to 9 business days, depending on the final destination. While most domestic shipments are delivered within 3 business days from the date of ordering, please allow for a maximum of 9 business days for the arrival of your item, as processing and shipping times may vary. If you opt for express shipping, the delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the location.
Please note that we do not split shipments, meaning orders will be shipped when all items within the order are ready for shipment. Additionally, shipments with a value exceeding $300 will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please be aware that shipping addresses cannot be P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, as Pantera does not collect these charges prior to shipment. We advise contacting your country's customs office to inquire about the specific charges and rates for packages arriving from outside your country.
It is mandatory for us to declare the value of your order directly on the package as per customs regulations. Please note that customs agents may occasionally delay the delivery of certain packages at their sole discretion.
Once an order is placed, you are accountable for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping to us. This includes any shipment that is refused upon delivery, as a $35 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that due to cost restrictions, we are unable to split ship international orders. If one or more items in your order are on backorder, they will be shipped once the entire order is complete.
Please note that deliveries made through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS may experience delays beyond our stated shipping times, which are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reimbursements for shipping costs in such cases.
