ORDERS AND SHIPPING

CHECK ORDER STATUS

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow along. To review your order status, click HERE. If you have an account with Pantera, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the dashboard, under recent orders. Generally, it takes approximately 1-3 business days for an order to be shipped.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once orders have been placed, they are not subject to changes. However, it is possible to cancel an order unless it has already entered the processing stage. In such cases, the items must be received and exchanged if desired. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@panterabrand.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PANTERA SHIP TO?

Pantera ships to almost all countries internationally. Please note that all customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

DOMESTIC

Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days)

$9.95 on orders below 50 USD.

FREE on orders 50 USD +.

Express Shipping (2-5 Business Days)

$19.95 on orders below 150 USD.

FREE on orders 150 USD +.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Shipping (5-14 business days)

$34.95 on all orders below 200 USD.

FREE on orders 200 USD +.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have an account with Pantera,, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting "Account" followed by "Orders". 

MY ITEM IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER

If your item was not deliverable, and for some reason is being returned to us, please contact us at support@panterabrand.com so we can arrange to have the item reshipped to you. Please note that for International orders there may be a reshipping charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Pantera product! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:

- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.

- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Print the return label and drop off at a USPS location. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed once received and you will be notified via e-mail.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?

After it is received by the Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.

If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@panterabrand.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:

- Order number

- Brief description of the problem

- Photos of the Issue

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE?

Upon approval, products that are returned within a 30-day period, with all packaging and original tags intact, will be eligible for a full refund. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will be excluded from the refund.

For orders placed outside the United States, customs duties, sales taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable. However, you may have the opportunity to reclaim these expenses by directly contacting your local customs office in your country.

PRODUCT AND COOPERATION

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM IS RESTOCKED?

Occasionally we can update our customers with approximate dates of replenishment on the website. 

Otherwise you can let us know that you wish to be notified when you click "EMAIL ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK" on the product page of the item.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL LOCATIONS?

Currently, we exclusively provide direct purchases through our website. However, if you wish to stay informed about any potential pop-up locations in the future, you can sign up for our newsletter to receive timely updates.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes – you can purchase them in our storeHERE.
